Cancel at least 1 hour prior to Session Start Time
As professional courtesy to our Instructors, we ask for at least 1 hour cancellation notice prior to session start time. To cancel your session, simply:
1. Login to your account
2. "Sessions" tab and choose "My Sessions" option
3. Click light blue "Cancel Session" button for the session you will to cancel
4. Click red "Cancel Session" button to cancel session
5. Please explain the reason for your session cancellation. Be as specific as possible:
You will receive full credit for the cancelled session which will post to your Trainerly account. You can view all your credits by choosing "My Credits" section in the Top Menu Bar of your account. We encourage for you to use the credited amount to book a new session with the Fitness Master or to choose another Fitness Master.
If you wish us to refund your credit card, please send an email to GetFit@trainer.ly requesting us to refund your credit card due to trainer session cancellation. Please allow 48-72 hours for the refund amount to post to your credit card statement.
Cancel within 1 hour of Session Start Time
Unfortunately, our platform does not allow cancellations within 1 hour of session start time. To cancel a session within 1 hour, please send an email to GetFit@trainer.ly notifying us of the cancellation along with a specific reason as to why you cannot make the scheduled class. We will notify your Fitness Master of the cancellation request..
Refunds / credits for sessions cancelled within 1 hour will be issued on a case by case basis.
Reschedule a cancelled session
To reschedule a workout, simply cancel your scheduled workout prior to the 1-hour cancellation window (as described above) and we will fully credit your Trainerly account for the cancelled session. You can then use the issued credit to schedule a new workout session for a different time and/or different Fitness Master.
